Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney was Amal A. Alamuddin. She was a Lebanese British lawyer and human rights advocate. The graduate of Oxford University School of Law in addition to New York University School of Law is recognized internationally for her career and achievements in the areas of the international law of human rights. Clients include a number of high-profile nation-states, including Armenia as well as its fight to have the Turkish Government acknowledge Armenia's right to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged, and later was married to American actor George Clooney, instantly making her one of the most famous names within pop culture. Prior to this, she was already well-known and loved in the legal world as a lawyer who consistently represents clients with skill and success. Her work spans from dealing with social justice and human rights concerns to representing multinational corporations during discussions and court proceedings concerning government regulations.
